Parmacotto presents "Salumeria d'Autore": the new line of High-Quality Cooked Ham.

We created two new recipes with your well-being in mind: High-Quality Prague Cooked Ham and High-Quality Roasted Cooked Ham with 100% natural flavors.

Objectives of the project

With the intention to defend the well-being and health of all, at all ages, especially children and adolescents, our goal is to provide a proper quality of life to as many people as possible, and putting people's health is central to our work ethic. Starting from the quality of the food we bring to the table we encourage a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that consists of a balanced diet. The innovations in these new recipes consist of their 100% natural flavors and new packaging in 50% recycled plastic, which put genuineness and our consumers’ well-being in the forefront. Parmacotto launches in this new line of cooked hams called "Salumeria d'Autore" two new recipes (which will soon be supplemented by a few others) that combine the pleasure of good food with the high-quality of its ingredients. Available in trays of pre-sliced ham and whole for the deli counter, the new "Salumeria d'Autore" line combines 100% natural aromas with slow cooking. These products are 100% gluten and dairy free. Both High-Quality Prague Cooked Ham and High-Quality Roasted Cooked Ham with 100% natural flavors are made with only natural flavors, without preservatives or artificial additives. All in 50% recycled plastic packaging.

It has a new, delicate, and round aromatic note and a sweetly smoky taste. The smoke aroma imparts to this Prague Ham its peculiar smoky flavor that makes this ham even more fragrant and undoubtedly mouthwatering.

It has a warm and enveloping taste, thanks to the addition of 100% natural Mediterranean herbs (rosemary, bay leaf, juniper, black pepper) that impart an intense and slightly penetrating aromatic note, which complements the natural sweetness and delicate flavor of our high-quality cooked ham."
